Burgers. Hamburgers. Cheeseburgers. Sliders. Call them what you want. Eat them whenever you want. Besides eating them, we also talk about them. We talk about burgers, Montreal, beer, the best burgers in Montreal, the worst burgers in Montreal and the almost endless variety of burgers in Montreal. Sometimes we also talk about fries.

The Montreal Burger Report is a weekly podcast dedicated to burgers in Montreal. You can also hear it Wednesday mornings on CKUT, 90.3 FM in Montreal, and you can subscribe to our podcast or you can subscribe to the Montreal Burger Report by Email.

  1. Fantastic idea. Have fun with it.. and enjoy.
I’m from the Dic Ann’s family (granddaughter of Dic and Ann) and am SO proud of it. I think what you guys have going is great for local montreal businesses. Establishments like ours that are so loyal to its fans, appreciate the visibility and vibe you guys send out. We are proud to celebrate 55 years this year, and would love for all of Montreal to know this part of its heritage. I’m going to go show my dad your website/show now (Dominic (Dic) Jr.) – he’ll be proud. He’s bar-B-Q-ing a burger as we speak in the back yard (wearing a headlamp) … lol… thats passion.

We recently had historia do a biography on my grandfather (Dic) and the business/family. They were doing a series on the potato business in Quebec, and wound up doing a full episode dedicated to Dic Ann’s because they found out story so interesting.. it was nice – and we can’t wait to see it.
Mr.Dic recently fell over a potato box that was on the ground at the restaurant.. fractured his hip. Up until then he was going into work every day, and he is 91 years old. I will make sure to tell him about this, I am sure it will make him laugh out loud.
    Cheers
